Activities
How can I book an activity?
You can go to Snowmobilepark website from the link in activities page and then select activities that you want. The website will instruct you through simple payment process.
What payment options are available?
When booking activities online, most common cards and bank transfers are available.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies wary depending on activities. Some activities require more preparing time so the cancellation should be done sooner. You can find cancellation policies on individual experience cards.
How can I contact support?
You can find contact details of Activity suppliers on their own websites.
Accomodation
How to Check In?
Self Check In is possible.
We will inform you about the check in details closer to your travel date.
What are the House Rules?
- Quiet hours are from 22-07 / 10pm – 7am.
- No shoes inside the apartment.
- No smoking or vaping inside or in blacony, we have designated place for it outside.
- No illegal substances on the property.
- Only registered quests are allowed to stay overnight.
- No parties or events.
- Please treat the apartment with care.
- Start the dishwasher when you are leaving.
- Take out garbage as you leave, there are provided bins for that outside.
- Lock the door and close windows when leaving.
- Report any damages or issues immediatly.
- Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items.
Are the properties kid-friendly?
Yes! There is no sharp edges low enough for the children.
We have childrens cutlery and dishes. Also childrens travel cot is available on request.

Is cleaning included?
Regular cleaning is included in bookings made through Airbnb.
We kindly ask you to take out your thrash and start the dishwasher when you leave apartment.
If apartment is left in unusually bad shape, additional cleaning fees will be charged.
How do I find the apartment?
You will be sent instructions video in Whatsapp on how to find correct apartment before your arrival to the place.
How many quests can stay in the apartment?
Maximum amount of people is 4.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed.
